1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "You") and f333 (the "Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our"), which operates the online betting and casino services available at https://f-333.app and its associated subdomains and applications (collectively, the "Service").

f333 is an online gaming platform providing sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and related entertainment services to eligible players located in Bangladesh. The Service is intended solely for recreational and entertainment purposes by eligible adults aged 21 years and above.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all use of the Service, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, wagering, withdrawals, participation in promotions, and any communication with f333 customer support. These terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

f333 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via the email address registered to their account. Continued use of the Service following the publication of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the f333 platform, through which the Player accesses the Service.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds and eligible bonus funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, or other gaming product available on the Service.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or other incentives credited to a Player's Account pursuant to a promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh, denoted by the symbol ৳.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by f333 to confirm Player eligibility.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the Service is restricted or forbidden under applicable law.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount a Player must wager before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

The f333 Service is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. f333 may at any time request documentary evidence of your age and identity. If a Player is found to be under 21 years of age, their Account will be suspended immediately, all bets placed will be voided, and any funds remaining in the Account will be returned to the original payment source after deducting any amounts paid out in connection with underage activity.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the f333 Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. f333 does not represent or warrant that the Service is legal or available in your location. Players who access the Service from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for any legal consequences that may arise.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each Player may register and maintain only one Account. Opening multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein. If you already have an existing Account, you must not register a new one; instead, contact f333 customer support to resolve any issues with your existing Account.

3.4 Employees and Associates

Employees of f333, its affiliates, subsidiaries, service providers, and the immediate family members of any such persons are not permitted to register Accounts or participate in the Service in any capacity that creates a conflict of interest.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Information

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number capable of receiving bKash or Nagad transactions. You agree to promptly update any information that changes after registration.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

f333 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of your Account's lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following unusual account activity. Accepted documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by f333 may result in restrictions being placed on your Account.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. f333 will never contact you to request your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity carried out under your Account credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified f333 of a security breach in advance. You agree to notify f333 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

4.4 Account Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting f333 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

f333 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in BDT via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. f333 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are displayed within your Account dashboard at the time of the transaction. f333 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at its discretion, including for the purposes of fraud prevention and regulatory compliance.

5.3 Deposits

Deposits made via bKash or Nagad are typically credited to your Account within 60 seconds of confirmation. Deposits made via bank transfer may take up to 1 business day. f333 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. You must only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be reversed and the depositing Account may be suspended.

5.4 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. f333 aims to process withdrawal requests within 1–6 hours for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) and within 1–3 business days for bank transfers. All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. f333 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

5.5 Currency

All Accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). f333 does not currently support multi-currency Accounts. Any transaction made in a foreign currency will be declined at the payment gateway level.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Rules

All bets placed on f333 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published within the relevant section of the platform and are updated periodically. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with applicable rules before placing any bet.

6.2 Bet Acceptance

f333 reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets that exceed applicable stake limits or those placed under suspicious or unusual circumstances. A bet is only considered accepted once a confirmation reference number has been issued by the platform.

6.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or human error that results in an incorrect price, payout, or game outcome, f333 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the Player's Account. f333 is not liable for any loss incurred as a result of a technical malfunction beyond the return of the original stake.

6.4 Live Betting

Live in-play betting markets are subject to rapid change. Odds displayed during live events are updated in real time and may change or be suspended without notice. It is your responsibility to confirm the current odds at the time of bet placement. Bets placed at odds that were displayed in error due to a feed delay will be subject to review and may be voided.

6.5 Winnings and Payouts

Winnings are credited to your Account Balance upon settlement of the relevant event or game round. Winnings derived from Bonus Funds remain subject to applicable wagering requirements until those requirements are fully met. f333 reserves the right to withhold payment of winnings pending the outcome of any ongoing investigation into suspected fraud or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

f333 offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the promotion page at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these General Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must typically be met within a specified period after the bonus is credited; failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from them.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

f333 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing low-risk or hedged bets designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, and colluding with other Players to exploit promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is detected, f333 reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings, suspend the Account, and pursue recovery of any funds withdrawn as a result of the abuse.

7.4 Promotional Changes

f333 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring obligations already incurred under the promotion prior to the change taking effect.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the f333 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, legal action:

• 8.1 Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• 8.2 Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform's software to gain an unfair advantage. Any such vulnerability must be reported to f333 immediately via [email protected].
• 8.3 Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• 8.4 Laundering money or using the platform for any transaction associated with illegal activity.
• 8.5 Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• 8.6 Accessing the Service using a VPN, proxy, or other means of disguising your true geographic location for the purpose of circumventing jurisdictional restrictions.
• 8.7 Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward f333 staff or other Players.
• 8.8 Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise obtain the source code of any part of the f333 platform.

9. Responsible Gaming

f333 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all Players. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we provide a range of tools to help Players manage their activity. Players may, at any time and without penalty, request the activation of any of the following controls via their Account dashboard or by contacting customer support:

• Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits
• Session duration reminders and time-out periods
• Temporary cooling-off periods (24 hours to 30 days)
• Permanent self-exclusion from the f333 platform

Once a self-exclusion has been applied, it cannot be reversed within the minimum exclusion period. f333 will use reasonable efforts to prevent excluded Players from creating new Accounts during the exclusion period. Players who believe they have a gambling problem are encouraged to seek support from qualified counsellors and to use all available responsible gaming tools without delay.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the f333 platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of f333 or its licensed third-party providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming). Nothing in this Agreement grants you any right, title, or interest in any such intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the f333 platform's intellectual property without our express prior written consent. Unauthorised use of f333's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, f333 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

f333's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

f333 does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Termination

f333 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal conduct, or if we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory requirement.

Upon termination for cause, any real-money Balance remaining in your Account will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Balances derived from or associated with prohibited conduct, bonus abuse, or fraudulent activity will be forfeited. Balances that are determined to be legitimately earned will be returned to your registered payment method following the completion of any outstanding investigation.

You may terminate your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting f333 customer support. Voluntary termination does not affect any obligations that arose prior to the termination date.

13. Amendments to These Terms

f333 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — such as changes to eligibility requirements, payment terms, or Player rights — f333 will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account no less than 7 days before the changes take effect.

Non-material amendments, such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to reflect changes in payment methods, may take effect immediately upon publication without prior notice. The date of the most recent update will always be displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Service and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 4.4.
